2015 Mercedes SLC Roadster Release Date - SLC Roadster will be almost identical to the coupe version, except of course on the conversion in the fixed roof. Under the hood, the roadster version will get the same engine as the coupe: the base V-8 with around 485 horsepower, the S model with the V-8 tweaks for wqzxc around 550 horsepower and Black Series with eight-cylinder boosted to around 585 horsepower.
